Today I am joined by a very special and very brave woman, Mel Bailey. She talks to me candidly about the early family experiences which created her issues with food and the damaging eating behaviours that followed. She describes how dieting caused her to gain a large amount of weight over decades of her life and how it was only by turning her back on dieting and seeking psychological and nutritional education that she changed her life and her relationship with food. And it was a BIG change - a loss of 12 stone!
