Today we share the podcast studio with Josie Jones. With her own complicated relationship with food, she talks about how her experiences and life opportunities have led her to become a nutrition and eating psychology coach.
Through her business The Mindful Cook Josie helps mid-life women restore their energy, reset their relationship with food and lose weight without dieting. She works alongside clients to implement sustainable habits, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in making better choices consistently.
She offers a range of meal plans, coaching packages and a nutrition strength training programme for mid-life women called Strong and Nourished in collaboration with PT Holly Davison.
