Leanne shares a candid conversation with me about her experiences. After a traumatic event she found a need for control in her life and used tracking of food and exercise as way to do it. This turned into an obsession which dominated her life. She talks about her transition from living this way to finding freedom around food and exercise, by practising mindfulness and intuitive eating. She subsequently trained as a nutritionist.
It's a fascinating and honest account of how you can turn around your life with food.
