In this podcast I'm joined by Gayle Tong who is an experienced coach, specialising in improving people's confidence. I first met Gayle through a business networking group and much of what she talked about had a real synergy with the struggles people have maintaining a change of behaviour, particularly around eating. I'm delighted that she agreed to join me to chat about her work.
Gayle talks about some of her confidence tools to help us understand how we can create self-confidence and learn to maintain that level of motivation. She also shares some of her own eating journey with Weight Watchers and how mindful eating has changed how she approaches her relationship with food.
